摘  要:通过对难选深度氧化铅银矿石的选别工艺研究,确定了磨矿细度-0.074mm占80%、调整剂为碳酸钠、硫化剂为硫化钠、分散剂为水玻璃、组合捕收剂为丁基黄药+丁铵黑药、起泡剂为松醇油等的工艺条件;小型闭路试验采用一次粗选、两次精选、三次扫选的工艺流程,获得了铅精矿含铅48.72%,含银765.31g/t,铅回收率87.07%,银回收率80.10%的较高选别指标。Through the research on the flotation process of a refractory silver bearing deeply oxidized lead ore,dressing conditions of the grinding fineness-0.074 mm rage of 80%,the regulator sodium carbonate,vulcanizing agent sodium sulfide,dispersant sodium silicate,a combined collector butyl xanthate and ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate and frother terpineol were determined.By adopting the closed circuit flotation flowsheet of single-stage roughing,two-stage cleaning and three-stage scavenging,better dressing indexes of the lead concentrate containing 48.72% of Pb and 765.31 g/t of Ag,lead and silver recovery of87.07% and 80.10%,were obtained respectively.
