摘 要:"机床拆装实训"是机电设备维修与管理专业的一门重要专业基础训练课程,但在课程实际开展中存在着很多困难,设备台套数不足、易损难拆装件多、恢复机床性能难度大、危险性高等。这些因素都制约实训的效果,如何提高该实训课程教学的可操作性,提升教学质量,成为课程教学研究的主要方向。本文探讨如何将可视化仿真教学模式引入到"机床拆装实训"课程中,科学合理地运用可视化仿真技术,为教学的顺利开展充分发挥其作用。"The machine tools disassembly and assembly training" is an important professional basic training course of electrical equipment maintenance and management specialty. However,there are many difficulties in the actual development of the course,such as insufficient number of equipment,difficult to install,many pieces of disassembly and assembly,difficult to restore the machine tools,high risk and so on. These factors have restricted the effect of training,and how to improve the operability of the training course teaching and improve the quality of teaching has become the main direction of curriculum teaching research. This paper discusses how to introduce the visual simulation teaching model into the course of machine tool disassembly and assembly training,and to make full use of visual simulation technology for the smooth development of teaching.
