摘　　要：为了解中小学生学业求助行为的现状和影响因素,达到促进中小学生学业发展的目标,文章对中小学生学业求助行为现状和影响因素方面(自我效能感、归因方式、人格、社会支持等)的研究进行了综述,并在此基础上提出优化中小学生学业求助行为的策略,如提高学生的自我效能感、引导学生正确归因、营造良好的班级环境等。In order to understand the status and influential factors of primary and middle school students/ academic help -seeking behaviors and to achieve the goal of promoting their academic development,the status and influencing factors （such as self - efficacy, attribution styles,personality,social support） on primaryand middle school students＇ academbehaviors were reviewed,andbasedon this thepaperput forward someoptimization strategies on their academichelp - seeking behaviors： improving students＇ self -efficacy,guiding students’ attribution styles,creating nice classroomenvironment,etc.
