摘　　要：高可靠厚膜HIC产品型谱化、系列化的研制需求不断提高，产品功能更丰富，动态参数要求更全，厚膜电阻使用量更多。本文阐述的一种可定制化厚膜片式电阻便于性能相近的电路实现共版；能够降低单款厚膜电路方阻数、厚膜电阻数，有效提高系列化产品的成膜基板成品率。该片式电阻用于厚膜HIC产品设计，可靠性满足要求。The design of highly reliable thick film HIC product develops towards type spectrum and serialization. As the product has more functions and more dynamic parameters, more thick film resistors has been used. In this paper, a customized thick film chip resistor is introduced to facilitate realization of a common circuit layout with comparable performance. It can re- duce the count of resistivity types of a single thick film circuit and effectively improve the qualified rate of substrate production. The chip resistor is applied to the thick film HIC design, and the reliability meets the requirements.
