摘  要:潮流控制器是电气化铁路同相供电系统的核心组件,其可靠性评估与冗余设计对同相供电系统的安全运行至关重要。计及实际牵引负荷随机性和冲击性对功率元件结温波动的影响,采用功率损耗以及热网络模型计算功率元件结温。结合Coffin-Manson元件失效模型,提出了潮流控制器功率模块失效率计算方法。针对同相供电装置特殊拓扑结构,研究运行过程中功率模块级联级数的变化对元件失效率的影响,建立了潮流控制器k/n(G)动态可靠性评估模型与评估流程。以山西中南部铁路沙峪牵引变电所5 MVA工程样机为例,对功率模块的冗余性进行分析,优化了潮流控制器级联模块数,为同相供电系统的工程设计和运行维护提供了必要依据。Reliability evaluation and redundancy design of power flow controller,as core component in co-phase power supply system of electrified railway,are crucial to its safe operation.In this paper,effect of traction load randomness and impact resistance on junction temperature fluctuation of power components is analyzed.Power dissipation and thermal network model is adopted to calculate junction temperature of power electronic components.Combined with Coffin-Manson component failure model,calculation method of power module failure rate of power flow controller is given.Based on special topology of co-phase power supply device,influence of power module cascade series on failure rate of the components under different operation modes is studied.A k/n(G) dynamic reliability assessment model is built and evaluation process of power flow controller is proposed.Taking 5 MVA prototype used in a traction substation of Central-South Shanxi railway as example,power module redundancy is analyzed and number of redundant modules is optimized,providing necessary basis for engineering design and operation maintenance of co-phase power supply device.
