摘  要:分析MKD7675数控双端面磨床上料机构结构特点及存在的问题,针对机床的使用范围受到限制,改进了上料机构的送料盘、料盘套(组件)和支承板设计,将送料盘和料盘套(组件)合二为一,简化了结构;将支承板中的2个回转支承点由滚动滑轮改由滚动轴承支承定位,降低了磨削中套圈的摩擦阻力,支承板设计为带长槽的结构,方便调整。实践证明,改进结构合理可行。The structural characteristics and existing problems of feed mechanism for NC double face grinder MKD7675 are analyzed. Aiming at limited application range of machine tool, the design of feeding tray, feeding tray cover ( assembly) and supporting plate in feed mechanism is improved. The feed tray and feeding tray cover (assembly) become one, the structure is simplified. The two rotary supporting points in supporting plate are supported by rolling bearings, which reduce frictional resistance of rings during grinding, and the supporting plate is designed to be long slot structure, easy to adjust. The practice proves that the improvement structure is reasonable and feasible.
