摘　　要：在生态文明建设实践中,生态文化是核心与灵魂。大力推进生态文化建设,既是一种科学的态度,也是一种积极的抉择,更是一项庞大的系统工程。要强化文化的生态责任,为生态文化建设提供动力;壮大生态文化产业,为生态文化建设打下基础;建立健全长效机制,为生态文化建设提供保障。In the practice of ecological civilization construction, ecological culture is the core and soul. Vigorously promoting the construction of ecological culture is both a scientific attitude and a positive choice, and it is also a huge system engineering. Therefore, we need to strengthen the ecological responsibility of culture to provide the driving force for the construction of ecological culture, strengthen the ecological and cultural industries to lay the foundation for the construction of ecological culture, and establish a sound long - term mechanism for the protection of ecological and cultural construction as well.
