摘　　要：某DVD播放机在生产芯片后需要将程序写入芯片,为了提高芯片加工效率和节约劳动力,本文设计一种新型空中悬挂式的夹具助力机械手来解决这些问题。本文介绍了DVD芯片加工自动线的生产工艺流程,并着重对其中的滑台和机械手进行优化设计和性能分析,不仅提高了生产线的工作可靠性,而且节省能源。It is necessary to write programs into chips after DVD producing chips. For the purpose of improving the efficiency and saving labor in chip processing, a new type of air pensile clamp booster manipulator for solving this problem is designed in this paper.
