摘　　要：2015年上海开放大学启动了新一轮计198门在线课程建设,与此同时,上海开放远程教育工程技术研究中心重点建设了开放教学数字化实验室——一个集教学、研究、测试、分析于一体的开放教学研究服务平台,用以科学强化在线课程的建设与研究。本文在基于开放教学研究服务平台与已有在线课程建设的数据分析之上,以态势分析法(SWOT分析法)为视角,对上海开放大学在线课程建设已有的基础和经验、自身的不足、面临的机遇以及需要应对的问题等四方面进行综合分析,尝试厘清当下上海开放大学在线课程建设的优势、劣势、机会和挑战,以期为上海开放大学乃至全国的开放大学在线课程建设与研究提供决策参考和实施借鉴。In 2015,Shanghai Open University launched a new round of construction of 198 online courses.At the same time,Shanghai Open Distance Education Engineering Research Center set up an open digital teaching laboratory – an integrated teaching,research,test and analysis platform for teaching and research,with an aim to strengthen the online course construction and research.Based on the data analysis of the platform and the existing online courses,this article takes the SWOT analysis method to analyze the experience of Shanghai Open University online course construction,shortcomings,opportunities and problems that need to be dealt with in order to make clear the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats in the hope of providing the decision-making for the construction and research of online curriculums.
