摘　　要：职业生涯教育在高职教育中作为素养课出现在教学进度表中,分4个学期展开教学,对学生制定个人的职业生涯规划有一定的指导意义。但是,由于持续时间长,缺少针对性的专业引导,缺乏有效监督,往往流于形式。本文站在会计专业人才培养模式探索角度,把职业生涯规划融入会计人才培养的整个环节,提出了建设思路和一系列具体措施,让学生能够制定出切合自己的职业生涯规划,并在专业学习的各个环节中切实落实,并可以进行及时调整的整体方案,以达到职业生涯规划与专业人才培养,与学生人生整体规划相融合,培养出适合未来世界发展变化的人。Professional career education in higher vocational education as a quality class out of the current teaching schedule,4 semesters of teaching,the general situation from the ideological and political teaching departments responsible for the implementation of teaching,students develop a personal career planning has certain guiding significance.However,due to the long duration,lack of targeted professional guidance,effective supervision,it's often a mere formality.This paper is based on the exploration of the training mode of accounting professionals,integrating the career planning into the whole link of the training of accounting talents,the paper puts forward several construction ideas and a series of concrete measures,so that students can formulate their own career planning,and implement them in all aspects of the whole professional study,and can be adjusted in time,To achieve the ultimate goal of career planning.
