摘　　要：通过管理规范的制定和实行,以形成管理运行的良好秩序是管理的基本手段和过程。信息化对管理规范化既有推动作用,也提出了支撑性的要求。面向信息化的深入发展,管理规范化应实现有效的功能拓展,以确保管理信息化稳步持续的发展,并提高管理规范化自身的质效。It's a basic approach and course to form fine circulating orders, by enacting and implementing management norms. Informatization has its stimulatives to the development of management normalization, and also has its requests to the latter. As the deepening of the informatization, management normalization should expanding its functions effectually to meet the needs of the former, to improve the quality and efficiency of itself.
