摘　　要：物流金融业务作为一项涉及银行、借款企业、第三方物流企业等多主体、多流程且不断发展的新型金融服务业务,得到了越来越多人的关注和重视。文章首先建立了物流企业开展物流金融服务的风险评价指标体系,并以XX公司为例,通过多层次模糊分析法,对该公司开展物流金融服务的风险进行定量分析,为物流企业开展物流金融服务提供一定的理论支持。The"logistics finance"as a new type of financing, has been got more and more attention in our country. At first, this paper establishes the logistics enterprises in logistics financial services of risk evaluation index system, and with XX company as an example, through the multi-level fuzzy analysis method, the risk of the company to develop logistics financial services quantitative analysis, for the logistics enterprise to develop logistics financial services provide certain theoretical support.
