摘 要:目的探讨吉林松原地区宫颈癌患者的人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染情况及与宫颈癌临床生物行为之间的关系。方法采用凯普医用核酸分子杂交技术及其配套试剂对2010年2月至2015年5月吉林油田总医院收治的142例宫颈癌患者行HPV分型检测,并统计分析。结果 138例HPV阳性(97.18%),其中单一感染117例,多重感染21例,二者阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。共检测出15种基因型,单一感染10种,阳性率由高至低依次为HPV16(66.67%)、HPV18(5.80%)、HPV31(2.90%)、HPV45(1.45%)、HPV33(2.17%)、HPV58(1.45%)、HPV59(1.45%)、HPV6(1.45%)、HPV56(0.72%)和CP8304(0.72%)。而HPV11(2.90%)、HPV39(2.17%)、HPV52(1.45%)、HPV66(0.72%)、HPV68(0.72%)出现在多重感染中。HPV16总阳性率为77.54%,明显高于其他型别(P<0.01)。HPV18总阳性率(8.70%)与HPV31、HPV33、HPV45比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。HPV阳性率在宫颈癌各临床分期、组织学分级间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论吉林松原地区宫颈癌患者主要是HPV单一感染,以HPV16为主,其次是HPV18、HPV31、HPV45;未发现多重感染增加宫颈癌的发生风险;HPV感染不影响宫颈癌的进展及肿瘤细胞的分化。Objective To investigated the cervical cancer patients information who had infected by human papilloma viruse(HPV)in Song Yuan region and the relation between infection information and clinical biological behavior.Methods Using nucleic acid hybridization technique and support reagents to detect HPV typing of 142 women patients who suffered cervical cancer and using statistic analysis to the data.Results There were 138 cases is HPV detecting positive.There were 117 cases with single HPV in fection and 21 cases with multiple HPV types infection in 138 cases.The deference between the two groups has statistical significance(P〈0.01).There were 15 HPV types were identified by this study and 10 HPV types in them with single infection.In order of decreasing positive rate is,HPV16(66.67%),HPV 18(5.80%),HPV 31(2.90%),HPV 45(1.45%),HPV 33(2.17%),HPV 58(1.45%),HPV 59(1.45%),HPV 6(1.45%),HPV 56(0.72%)and CP8304(0.72%); Other HPV types were in multiple infections group were HPV11(2.90%),HPV39(2.17%),HPV52(1.45%),HPV66(0.72%),HPV68(0.72%).The total positive rate of HPV16 is 77.54% which has conspicuous statistical significance than other types(P〈0.01).The total HPV positive rate of HPV18 has no statistical significance(P〉0.05)with HPV31,HPV 33,HPV 45.The HPV positive rate in different clinical stage groups and different histopathology groups has not statistically significant(P〉0.05).Conclusion A majority of cervical cancer patients were with single HPV infection and approvimately HPV16 was the predominant type followed by HPV18,HPV 31 and HPV 45 in Songyuan regions.We have not found that multiple HPV infection can increase the risk of cervical cancer.The HPV infection could not affect the progress of cervical cancer and differentiation of the tumor cells.
