摘　　要：目的探究根管测量仪在根管治疗中的应用效果。方法收集我院236例需进行根管治疗患者,随机分为两组,其中对照组采用X线片法进行根管工作长度测量,而研究组采用根测仪测量,分析两组根管充填的恰充率。结果研究组根管充填恰充率92.06%,高于对照组的80.24%,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在根管治疗中应用根测仪进行根尖定位、根管工作长度测量,可提高治疗效果。Objective To explore the application effect of root canal measuring instrument in root canal therapy.Methods 236 patients with root canal therapy were randomly divided into control group（n=118,apply the X-ray to measure the root canal length） and study group（n=118,apply root canal measuring instrument）.The filling rate of root canal filling was compared between the two groups.Results The filling rate of root canal filling in the study group was significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In root canal therapy,using canal measuring instrumentto measure root canal location and root canal length,could obviously improve the therapeutic effect.
