摘 要:目的研究Artemin蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及其与NSCLC临床特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测42例NSCLC组织、12例正常肺组织中Artemin蛋白的表达,并分析其与NSCLC临床特征之间的关系。结果Artemin蛋白在NSCLC组织中的阳性率明显高于正常肺组织(χ2=7.56,P〈0.01);鳞癌中的Artemin蛋白阳性率高于腺癌(χ2=572,P〈0.05);有淋巴结转移者NSCLC组织中的Artemin蛋白阳性率高于无淋巴结转移者(χ2=475,P〈0.05);临床Ⅲ期患者NSCLC组织中的Artemin蛋白阳性率高于临床Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者(χ2=6.17,P〈0.05)。结论Artemin蛋白与NSCLC的发生密切相关,并与肿瘤的组织学类型、淋巴结转移、临床分期密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression of Artemin in non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its relationship with the clinical features, Methods The expression of Artemin in 42 NSCLC tissues and 12 normal lung tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship of Artemin and the clinical features of NSCLC was analyzed. Results The expression of Artemin in NSCLC tissues was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissues ( 2=7.56, P 〈0.01). The expression of Artemin in squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in adenocarcinoma ( χ2 = 5.72, P 〈 0.05). The expression of Artemin in NSCLC tissues with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in NSCLC tissues without lymph node metastasis ( χ2 = 4.75, P 〈0.05). The expression of Artemin in NSCLC tissues from patients of clinical stage Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in NSCLC tissues from patients of clinical stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ ( χ2 = 6.17, P〈 0.05). Conclusions The expression of Artemin is significantly correlated with the tumorigenesis, histological type, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage of NSCLC.
