摘 要:通过对曲线地板纵向开榫加工工艺的分析,提出了一种可以曲线进给的曲线地板纵向开榫加工的主轴机构。根据对加工工艺的分析结果对曲线地板纵向开榫机、主轴机构、纵向导轨支架总成进行总体布局和结构设计。为确保设计的可靠性对主轴机构的单元切削力、切削功率等主要参数进行设计计算,也对纵向导轨支架总成的重要部件长导轨架进行有限元分析,得出相应的结论,以此来验证该设计是否符合实际需求。提出的主轴结构可以解决曲线地板开榫加工时的重复定位的问题,加工工艺也得到了很大的改善,同时曲线地板开榫加工的效率和精度有很大的提高,该项研究为曲线地板纵向开榫加工提供了一种新型机构。Through the analysis of the process of curved floor longitudinal opening, a kind of spindle mechanism that can curve feed the curve floor is put forward. Through the analysis of the processing technology, the overall layout and structure design of the curve floor vertical cutting machine, the spindle mechanism and the vertical rail support assembly are carried out. In order to ensure the reliability of the design, the main cutting force, cutting power and other major parameters of the spindle mechanism are designed and calculated. The long rail rack of the important component of the longitudinal guideway assembly is analyzed by finite element method, and the corresponding conclusion is obtained to verify whether it meets the actual demand. The spindle structure can repeat positioning tenoning when solving the curve floor problems, processing technology has also been greatly improved, but also the efficiency and accuracy of processing on the floor of the tenon curve is greatly improved, and provides a new mechanism for the curve of the floor longitudinal tenon processing.
