摘 要:将紫外光(UV)固化底漆涂覆于枫木试件表面,涂膜厚度为30、60、90μm,在相同照射高度和时间下,分别采用250、450、650 m J/cm^2和850 m J/cm^2四种UV辐射能量对其进行固化,按照相关标准测定其漆膜硬度和漆膜附着力等性能。实验结果表明:UV辐射能量对紫外光固化涂料漆膜硬度和附着力均具有较大影响。随UV辐射能量的增大,紫外光(UV)固化涂料漆膜硬度和漆膜附着力均呈现先增大后减小趋势,且辐射能量为650 m J/cm^2条件下的漆膜性能相对最好,漆膜硬度可达HB,附着力可达1级。Covering the ultraviolet (UV) curing primer coating film on maple specimen surface with the coating thickness of 30, 60, 90 μ m, make it curing with UV radiation energy of 250, 450, 650 mJ/cm^2 and 850 mJ/cm^2 respectively in the same light height and time, and determine its paint film properties of hardness and adhesion of paint film in accordance with the relevant standards. The results showed that UV radiation energy has great influence on UV curing coating film hardness and adhesion. Along with the increase of UV radiation, ultraviolet (UV) curing coating film hardness and film adhesion showed a trend of first increases and then a decrease, and with the radiation energy of 650 mJ/cm^2 , the paint film performance is relatively better for the paint film of HB hardness, and adhesion to level 1.
