乳腺巨大恶性叶状肿瘤伴破溃1例及文献复习

摘　　要：目的提高对乳腺叶状肿瘤的临床病理特征、诊治方法及预后的认识。方法回顾我科收治的1例巨大恶性乳腺叶状肿瘤伴破溃的临床病例资料和诊治经过,并结合文献进行复习。结果 1例45岁女性患者发现右乳肿块进行性增大伴破溃1年余,全麻下行右乳房单纯切除术+部分胸大肌切除术+植皮术,随访18个月无复发转移。结论叶状肿瘤是少见的乳腺纤维上皮性肿瘤,临床及病理诊断有时较为困难,需仔细鉴别,总体预后较好,故应提高诊断准确率,避免过度治疗或治疗不当。Objective To report a case of giant breast phyllodes tumor, and explore its clinical and pathological characteristics, treatment methods and prognosis. Methods To review the clinical data and treatment of a case with a malignant ulcerative breast Phyllodes tumor in our department. ResultsA 45-year-old woman with a huge ulcerative mass in right breast for more than 1 year. She underwent a surgery of mastectomy with excision of partial pectoralis muscles and dermatoplasty. Following up 18 months, there was no one of recurrence. Conclusion Phyllodes tumor is a rare fibroepithelial neoplasm of the breast, clinical and pathological diagnosis should be carefully identified. Its overall prognosis is good, we should improve the diagnostic accuracy, avoid excessive or inappropriate treatment.
