二联药物方案治疗阿尔茨海默症的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨多奈哌齐联合盐酸美金刚治疗阿尔茨海默症的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取我院阿尔茨海默症患者100例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予盐酸美金刚治疗,观察组在此基础上采用多奈哌齐治疗。比较两组患者的疗效和安全性。结果观察组患者的近期治疗总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的MMSE、ADAS-Cog、GDS评分及血清NGF和Aβ水平比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的上述指标均显著改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应总发生率差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论多奈哌齐联合盐酸美金刚治疗阿尔茨海默症可有效缓解临床症状,改善患者的认知程度,调节NGF和Aβ水平,安全性高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of donepezil combined with memantine hydrochloride in patients with Alzheimer＇s disease. Methods One hundred cases of patients with Alzheimer＇s disease in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with memantine hydrochloride, the observation group was treated with donepezil on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and safety of both groups were compared. Results The short-term total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Before treatment, the differences in scores of MMSE, ADASCog, GDS and levels of serum NGF and Aβ between the two groups were not significant（P〉0.05）;after treatment, the above indicators in the two groups improved, and those of the observation group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no difference in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Donepezil combined with memantine hydrochloride in the treatment of Alzheimer＇s disease can efficiently relieve the clinical symptoms, improve the cognitive function and regulate the levels of NGF and Aβ, which has high safety.
