泪道插管术与泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较泪道插管术和泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2014年2月至2016年8院收治的70例慢性泪囊炎患者的临床资料,并依据治疗方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。观察组患者采用泪道插管术治疗,对照组患者采用泪囊鼻腔吻合术。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组患者显效29例,有效5例,无效1例,治疗总有效率为97.14%;对照组患者显效7例,有效16例,无效12例,治疗总有效率为65.71%;观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泪道插管术治疗慢性泪囊炎较比泪囊鼻腔吻合术的临床效果更加理想,而且具有操作简单、安全、微创等优点,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To compare the clinical effects of tractus lacrimalis encheiresis and dacryocystorhinostomy in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis. Methods The clinical data of 70 chronic dacryocystitis patients admitted in our hospital from February 2014 to August 2016 was retrospectively analyzed, all the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods, with 35 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with tractus lacrimalis encheiresis, and the control group was given dacryocystorhinostomy. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, markedly effective accounted for 29 cases, effective accounted for 5 cases, ineffective accounted for 1 case, the total effective rate was 97.14%; in the control group, markedly effective accounted for 7 cases, effective accounted for 16 cases, ineffective accounted for 12 cases, the total effective rate was65.71%; the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with dacryocystorhinostomy, the clinical effect of tractus lacrimalis encheiresis in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis is more significant, it has the advantages of simple operation, safe and minimally invasive, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
