摘 要:目的探讨Atg5蛋白、Atg7蛋白表达水平与儿童急性白血病(acute leukemia,AL)发生发展的关系。方法选取初诊未治AL患儿50例,根据疾病类型分为急性淋巴细胞白血病(acute lymphoblastic leukemia,ALL)组30例,急性髓细胞白血病(acute myelogenous leukemia,AML)组20例;另选取非恶性血液病患儿20例为对照组。采用免疫组织化学染色法对骨髓细胞中Atg5蛋白、Atg7蛋白进行检测。结果 ALL、AML组Atg5蛋白表达阳性率高于对照组,AML组Atg7蛋白表达阳性率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman秩相关性分析结果显示Atg5与Atg7蛋白表达水平无相关性(rs=0.333,P>0.05)。结论 Atg5蛋白在AL中表达上调,可能参与了AL的发生发展;Atg7蛋白在AML中表达升高,可能与AML的发生发展有关。Objective To explore the relationship of the expression level of Atg5 protein and Atg7 protein with the occurrence and development of leukemia.Methods Fifty children who were newly diagonesd with acute leukemia(AL)were collected as experiment group,including 30 cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)and 20 cases of acute myelogenous leukemia(AML).Twenty cases of non-malignant hematological disease children were selected as control group.Immunohistochemical staining was used to test the expression level of Atg5 protein and Atg7 protein in bone marrow cells.Results The positive rate of Atg5 protein expression in ALL and AML group was higher than that in control group,and the positive rate of Atg7 protein expression in AML group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that there was no correlation between the expression of Atg5 and Atg7 protein(r=0.333,P>0.01).Conclusion Atg5 protein is up-regulated in AL and may be involved in the development of AL.The elevated expression of Atg7 protein in AML may be related to the occurrence and development of AML.
