摘 要:运用文献资料法,针对体育教育实习督导评估进行研究,重点探讨体育教育实习督导评估的缘起与价值、组织与实施、存在问题及实施策略。结果表明,体育教育实习督导评估实施中存在"实习生偷工减料,指导教师布置与实习无关的事,基地对实习生放任自流,填写鉴定随意化、关系户"等问题。提出"校内见习与校外实习紧密对接,督查教育实习管理体制,制定相互约束的责任和义务,定期开展专项巡查,科学评估监测实习效果,探寻教育实习的多种路径"等策略。以期为提高体育教育实习效果,强化师范生实践技能,促进教师专业化等提供参考。By using the methods of document literature, this paper studies the supervision e-valuation of Physical Education teaching practice, mainly focuses on the origin and value of supervision evaluation, organization and implementation, problems and strategies of Physical Education teaching practice. The results show that there are some problems in the process of implementation of supervision evaluation of Physical Education teaching practice, such as practice students using inferior materials and producing substandard goods, tutors arranging irrelevant assignments, the practice bases following practicing students,own inclination, fill-ing in the practice appraisal randomly and the existence of closely - related units. This paper puts forward these following strategies : making close combination between school practice and off - campus internship, supervising and examining management system of teaching prac-tice, establishing mutual restriction on responsibility and obligation, conducting regular spe-cial inspections, as well as evaluating and monitoring practice effect scientifically and explo-ring various approaches of teaching practice. This paper aims to provide a good reference to the aspects of improving Physical Education teaching practice, strengthening the practice skills of normal college students, promoting teacher professionalization and so on.
