摘 要:目的了解大学生心理危机教育教学效果。方法在已经完成心理危机教学的2016级新生中随机选出500人,发放大学生心理危机教育教学效果调查问卷,收回有效答卷496份;比较教学前、后及一年后对心理危机的概念、类型、演变和结局、原因和危害,以及心理危机干预的方法及途径等认知程度,各方面认知程度均分为四级,记录相应人数;教学结束及在一年后采用同一试卷考试,比较两平均考分,并进行统计学处理。结果教学结束时及一年后考试平均分(x±s)为:(85.25±11.31)分,(83.92±12.46)分,他们对心理危机知识的掌握相对稳定;对心理危机以上内容的认知水平都普遍地得到了明显的提高,并学会了向他人求助,主动选择有效化解心理危机的方法和途径,为预防心理危机提供有力支持。结论心理危机教育教学帮助学生较全面地掌握相应知识,消除把心理危机当成个人隐私的想法,培养大学生的自主求助意识和行为,有效地预防心理危机。Objective To investigate the teaching effect of college students' psychological crisis education.Methods Five hundred first-year students who had finished psychological crisis education were randomly selected to do the questionnaires of teaching effect of psychological crisis education of college students,and 496 effective questionnaires were returned. Comparing students' awareness degrees of concept,type,evolution and outcome,causes and harm of psychological crisis and methods and ways of psychological crisis intervention before,after and a year after teaching,dividing all aspects of awareness degrees into four levels then recording the number of students in corresponding level,using the same test paper to test students after and a year after teaching to compare their average scores and conduct statistical processing. Results The average scores after and a year after teaching were( 85. 25±11. 31) points,( 83. 92 ± 12. 46) points,students showed a stable mastery of psychological crisis knowledge and improved awareness of the aspects mentioned above,they learned to seek help from others and choose effective ways to resolve psychological crisis,which provided a strong support for the prevention of psychological crisis. Conclusion Psychological crisis education can help students grasp the corresponding knowledge comprehensively,eliminate the idea that regards psychological crisis as privacy,cultivate college students' self-help consciousness and behavior and effectively prevent psychological crisis.
