地方新建本科院校新工科人才培养的思考

摘　　要：国家在新科技、新产业、新经济背景下需要大批新工科领域的人才。地方新建本科院校在应用型人才的培养上应适应新工科人才培养的需求。基于地方新建本科院校进行应用型新工科人才培养的现状,文章从人才培养定位、课程体系、"双师型"教师队伍建设、实践教学、教学质量管理与监督等五方面阐述了人才培养过程中遇到的问题,提出了相应的建议与对策。At present, our country needs emerging engineering talents in the background of new technology, new industry and new economics. The newly built local undergraduate universities should adapt its cultivation of the apllied talents for the need of emerging engineering talents. Based on the present condition of the applied talents cultivation in newly built local undergraduate universities, this paper expounds the problems about the talent training orientation, curriculum system, double-qualified teaching staff construction, practice teaching, teaching quality management and supervision and other aspects. Finally, it puts forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures on how to improve the talents cultivation.
