摘　　要：清末至民国时期,双林镇逐渐由一个丝织业织造中心向原料供应地转型,商业也由传统向现代转型。原因在于,一是近代国内外丝织业的兴起冲击了双林丝织业;二是传统商业失去了存在的土壤。From the late Qing to the period of the Republic of China, the town of Shuanglin underwent a major transformation from a silk weaving center to the raw material supplier. The commerce was also transformed from tradition to modernity.This article seeks to explain the causes for this transformation:(1) The rise of modern silk industry at home and abroad had an enormous impact on Shuangli's silk business.(2) Traditional business lost commercial appeal to the public.
