摘　　要：为了践行全省农业科技"五个一"行动,以湖北省优势特色农产品为对象,与全省相关农业企业合作并提供技术指导和服务,同时进村进行科技培训和科技服务,建立绿色食品的生产操作规程,为控制湖北省农产品质量安全风险,提升湖北农业的品牌竞争力,促进农民增收,农村经济发展、农村社会进步,提高政府公共服务水平提供技术支撑。To practice ＂five one＂ action of agricultural science and technology,the advantageous agricultural products in Hubei province was acted as the object,cooperated to related agricultural enterprises and provided technical guidance and services.at the same time,also provided science and technology training and technology service for the villagers,in order to set up production operation procedures of green food,control quality safety risk of agricultural product,enhance the brand competitiveness of agricultural products,promote the farmers＇ income,rural economic development,and rural social progress,and provide technical support of the level for government public service.
