风险投资介入对创新型企业成长的影响——基于华东创新型上市企业的经验数据

摘　　要：从创新中介视角,结合2008-2013年上市的277家华东创新型企业数据,考察风险投资介入对创新型企业成长的影响。研究表明:风险投资介入提高了样本企业的人均专利申请量和全员劳动生产率,但没有改善企业的营业利润率。From the perspective of innovation intermediary, combined with the micro data from 277 innovative companies of eastern China listed on the year of 2008-2013,this article made an empirical test on the relationship between venture capital and sample companies＇ growth performance. The study showed that venture capital improved the per capita patent application and full labor productivity of sample enterprises, but did not improve the sales profit of enterprises.
