摘　　要：深化公立医院改革是保障和改善民生的重要举措,作为全国公立医院改革综合试点单位,潍坊市人民医院以供给侧结构性改革发展理念为指导,借鉴供给侧改革精神与方法论,结合医院自身改革发展实际,推出了一系列医疗服务体系改革新举措,在激发活力、提高效率、提升能力等方面做了积极地尝试与探索,为新形势下公立医院改革发展提供参考和借鉴。Deepening the reform of the public hospital is an important measure of ensuring and improving the livelihood, as a pilot of comprehensive reform of the public hospital, Weifang People5s Hospital promotes a series of medical service sys-tem reform new measures according to the practical reform and development conditions guided by the supply side structural reform and development idea and based on the supply side reform spirits and method and makes active explorations in mo-tivating vigor, improving the efficacy and improving abilities thus providing reference for the reform and development of the public hospital in the new situation.
