摘 要:目的通过调查海南省儋州市卫生人力资源配置的现状,分析儋州市卫生人力资源配置的现况和存在的问题并结合实际情况对儋州市卫生人力资源的数量及构成发展情况做出思考。方法采用描述性研究法和比较分析法对儋州市各类卫生技术人员、其他技术人员、管理人员、工勤人员数量及构成比分析。结果全科医生和公共卫生人员少;城乡卫生人力资源配置差距大;医护比例配置结构不合理;卫生技术人员基础薄弱。结论优化疾病预防方面卫生人员的资源配置;缩小城乡卫生人力资源配置差距;合理配置护理人员,提高护理质量;引进高层次的学科人才和专业的医院管理团队。Objective To analyze the health human resources allocation status in Danzhou and existing problems by survey-ing it and think about the number and constitution and development situation of it according to the practical conditions. Methods The numbers and ratios of various health technicians, other technicians, management staff, and handymen were analyzed by the descriptive research method and comparative analysis method. Results The general practitioner and public health staff were few, and the gap between the urban and rural health human resource allocation was big, and the allocation structure of medical ratio was irrational and the basis of health technicians was weak. Conclusion We should optimize the resource allocation of disease prevention health staff, shorten the gap between the rural and urban health human resources, rationally allocate the nursing staff, improve the nursing quality, and introduce the high-level discipline talents and profes-sional hospital management team.
