东盟国家当代英语教育政策对中国的启示

摘　　要：在东盟10国中,以英语为官方语言的国家达到7个。英语在东盟国家的发展促进了本国的对外发展步伐,加速了东盟国家融入世界发展格局的速度。通过对比,发现东盟10国在新的时代背景下出台的英语教育政策具有8个共同点,说明东盟国家不同层级采取了各种有效的措施来提高英语的教学效果,这对中国英语教育具有重要的启示作用,有助于推进在国际事务中的参与度。There are seven out of ten ASEAN countries, which use English as their official language. Develop-ment of English in ASEAN countries speeds up their respective international development steps as well as inte-gration into global development. Through comparison, we find there are eight common points in English education policies in ten ASEAN countries in the new era, which shows that the various levels of sections in ASEAN countries take effective steps to improve English teaching effects. This will no doubt give significant inspirations on English education in China, and promote China＇ involvement in international affairs.
