摘 要:为了解云南省西双版纳茶叶中的氟含量,应用氟离子选择电极法对该地区8种常见市售茶叶中的氟含量进行测定.结果表明,所测茶叶样品中氟含量在15.68~93.71 mg/kg之间,加标回收率在93.43%~102.74%之间,RSD<1.26%.茶水比为m(茶)∶V(水)=1 g∶100 m L,以沸水冲泡10 min时,茶汤中氟离子含量排序为:w(普洱熟茶)>w(普洱生茶)>w(绿茶).该方法简便、准确、可靠,可作为不同茶叶中氟含量测定的分析方法.To learn more about the fluorine content in tea in Xishuangbanna, fluoride content in eight kinds of tea from the markets in Xishuangbanna was analyzed by fluoride ion-selective electrode. The result showed that the fluoride content of the tea was between 15. 68-93. 71 mg/kg. The recover rate was 99. 43% -102. 74% ,RSD 〈 1. 26% . The fluoride content in different kinds of tea when the ratio of tea to water was 1 g-100 mL, and soaking with boiling water about 10 minutes. Results ranked in descending order of Pu-er ripe tea) 〉 w;(raw tea) 〉 w;(green tea). This method is simple, convenient and reliable which could be used for the determination of fluorine in different tea.
