摘　　要：对历史上某一群体的生活史研究,重要的是它的历史定位。民国高校教师的生活因身份转型而带来的种种困惑都是具有历史性的课题。民国时期高校教师的生活受特定时期的历史使命和社会担当主导,民国高校教师共同体的营建也因文化理想的守望而彰显其历史意义。To the research on the life for a group of people in the history,historical position is very important.All kinds of confusion caused by the identity transformation of university teachers during the Republic of China are subjects of historical value.The life of university teachers during the Republic of China are guided by historical missions and social responsibility of special period.And the construction of university teacher community manifests its historical meaning due to the hope of cultural dream.
