摘 要:建筑业生产活动过程中造成的污染已成为我国三大主要污染源之一,降低建筑业企业在生产过程中造成污染,是建设生态文明和实现社会可持续发展首要解决的问题。加强建筑业在生产活动中的生态效率研究,能更加有效地了解建筑业的当前的污染情况,转变当前的生产方式,提高生产效率以及对制定相关的政策都具有一定的理论和实践意义。基于此,运用超效率DEA模型计算了中国30个省份2003—2013年的建筑业生态效率,并在此基础上运用收敛性分析方法对全国以及三大区域的建筑业生态效率的趋同和发散趋势进行了分析。研究结果表明:(1)我国大部分省市建筑业生态效率在研究期间内与最有效生产前沿面上的决策单元差距大,未达到建筑业生态效率有效状态。对于各区域而言,东部地区建筑业生态效率普遍比中部和西部地区更高,西部地区建筑业生态效率最低;(2)收敛性分析表明我国建筑业生态效率存在σ收敛和绝对β收敛,加入控制变量后表明我国建筑业生态效率也存在条件收敛,即我国建筑业生态效率随着时间的推移有逐渐减小的趋势。这意味着,对东部地区应当加强资源的利用,提高建筑业配置效率,达到更优的管理层次。对于中西部地区而言,应从技术等层面缩短差距,使建筑业整体向前发展。此外,在保持我国建筑业生态效率的稳定状态的同时,也应当提高自身建筑业生态效率,以达到我国建筑业生态效率整体更优状态。The pollution caused by the production activities in the construction industry has become one of the three major pollution sources in China.To reduce the pollution caused by the construction enterprises in the production process is the primary solution to achieve ecological civilization and realize the sustainable development of the society.By intensifying the Study on ecological efficiency,the current state of pollution within the industry could be better understood,thus offering both theoretical and practical solutions to change the mode of production,improve the production efficiency and to formulate relevant policies.Based on mentioned above,the ecological efficiency of construction industry in Chinese 30 provinces during 2003-2013 were calculated by using the super efficiency DEA model.Based on the convergence and divergence trend analysis of ecological efficiency in the national and three regional levels,the construction industry convergence is analyzed as follow:1.During the research period,ecological efficiency in most of cities and provinces failed to achieve the effective state of ecological efficiency owing to the huge gap between the efficiency and decision making units of the most effective production frontiers.As for individual region,the ecological efficiency in the eastern region is generally higher than the central and western regions,while the lowest ecological efficiency situated in western region.2.The convergence analysis shows that the ecological efficiency of construction industry in China has absolute convergence and beta convergence.However,after adding the control variables,the paper shows that the conditional convergence exists in the ecological efficiency of Chinas construction industry,i.e.there is decreasing trend as the time goes by.It means that the eastern region should strengthen the use of resources,improve the efficiency of the allocation of the construction industry,so that to achieve a better level of management.As for the central and western regions,the authorities shou
