巴豆治疗急性卒中的机制初探

摘　　要：历代文献关于巴豆治疗卒中的记载零星散落,没有详细的系统化论述,主要集中在巴豆治疗卒中的临床应用,凸显了巴豆治疗卒中的奇效,而缺乏对巴豆治疗卒中机制的论述。缺乏理论的指导,使巴豆到目前为止在急性卒中的临床应用仍十分局限,甚至鲜为人知。故梳理历代文献关于巴豆治疗卒中的点滴论述,加以整理研究,并结合现代巴豆的药理学研究成果,系统阐释巴豆治疗急性卒中的机制,填补历代文献关于巴豆治疗卒中理论基础的空白是十分必要的。我们在探讨巴豆治疗急性卒中机制的同时,系统化论述了中医学对卒中认识的历史变迁历程,提出了通过改变巴豆在急性卒中治疗中的剂型及用药途径,突破历代文献巴豆在急性卒中的治疗中仅用于外治法的局限性,使得巴豆在治疗急性卒中临床中能够得到广泛使用,从而发挥巴豆应有的临床价值。Objective Literatures of past dynasties about croton on the treatment of cerebral apoplexy are sporadic scattered,without detailed systematic discussion,which mainly focus on the clinical application of croton beans on the treatment of stroke,highlight the a miraculous effect of croton on the treatment of stroke,but lack of the mechanism discussion of croton on the treatment of stroke. Lack of theoretical guidance has made the clinical application of croton on acute stroke is still very limited or even little know so far. Therefore,combing and studying the ancient literature of croton on the treatment of stroke,and combined with the modern research results of croton pharmacology,systemically explain the mechanism of croton on the treatment of acute stroke,and it is necessary to fill the literature blank of theoretical basis of croton on the treatment of stroke. In this paper,the author discusses the mechanism of croton on the treatment of acute stroke meanwhile systematically discusses the historical changes of the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine on the stroke,and propose by changing the dosage form and route of administration of croton on the treatment of acute stroke to break through the limitations that the croton on the treatment of acute stroke only for external treatment in literatures of past dynasties,and make croton can be widely used in the clinic on acute stroke,therefore,the clinical value of croton should be played.
