摘  要:以汽车门锁为研究对象,运用正交试验法结合Moldflow模拟分析软件,以减少成型过程中的翘曲变形量和体积收缩率为目标函数,选取冷却时间、熔体温度、模具温度、保压时间、保压压力这5个因素为主要试验因素,利用灰色关联系统理论,建立了参数与塑件质量的灰色关联度模型,获得最优的注塑参数组合,将最优工艺参数应用到实际生产中,得到了符合要求的合格产品。Taking the car door locks as research object,orthogonal optimization experiment and simulation analysis software Moldflow were adapted to reduce the amount of warpage and the volume shrinkage during the forming process.The cooling time,melt temperature,mold temperature and pack pressure as well as pack time were selected as the main factors,then the grey relation model between injection parameters and quality of plastic product was built by using grey relation theory.The optimal combination parameters were obtained,and the qualified products were obtained after optimal combination parameters were applied to the practical production.
