浅述吕英从“阳明大降机”理论论治儿童肿瘤的临床经验

摘　　要：近年来,儿童肿瘤的发病率呈现不断攀升的趋势,成为危害儿童生命健康的一大隐形杀手。导师吕英教授从事中医临床近30年,在儿童肿瘤防治工作中具有较高的理论造诣和丰富的临床经验,擅长运用纯中医防治疑难杂症和急危重病。文章以"气一元论"为宗旨,探讨吕英教授运用其师——已故山西名老中医、我国中医急症大家李可老中医提出的"阳明之降乃人身最大降机"之理论基础及其与儿童肿瘤的内在联系,然后以点达面,总结出吕英教授论治儿童肿瘤的经验,最后结合临床实例以浅析该理论在论治儿童肿瘤中的效用,以期为同道提供更加广阔的临床思路。Recently,with the constantly increasing incidence,pediatric tumors have been serious health risks to the children.My tutor professor LYU Ying has been engaged in traditional Chinese medicine for almost 30 years and has high theoretical attainments and rich clinical experience in the treatment of pediatric tumors. She is skilled in the methodology of Shanghanlun,especially all kinds of malignant tumor. So this article has explored the point of ＂Yangming-downward movement is the greatest downward tendancy of the body＂and the internal connection with pediatric tumors based on the Qi-monism,which was put forward by professor LYU Ying＇s master LI Ke,the late famous TCM doctor in Shanxi Province,who was good at the treatment of emergency and severe disease. And then we made a summary of professor LYU Ying＇s treatment experience about the pediatric tumors. Finally combined with a case report,we validated the effectiveness of this theory in the pediatric tumors therapy so as to broaden our clinical thinking.
