摘　　要：脑在人体生命活动中起着举足轻重的作用,拥有着不可或缺的地位,祖国医学对脑的认识很早,但是古籍之中对脑的记载不够系统详细。《黄帝内经》作为祖国传统医学的理论思想基础及精髓所在,对后世医学的贡献可见一斑,其对"脑"与精、髓、五官、五脏等描述颇多,对脑的生理特点、病因、病机、病证等记载对现代临床有着深远的影响。The brain has an indispensable position and plays an important role in demic vital movements. Traditional Chinese medicine has a very early cognition of the brain,while the recordation in ancient books of the brain is not systematic and detailed enough. Huangdi Neijing,which is the foundation of traditional Chinese medicine theory and the essence of Chinese medicine,makes a remarkable contribution to later medicine. It has a huge amount of descriptions of the brain as well as the essence,marrow,five sense organs and five viscera,etc. Its records of cerebric physiological features,pathogeny,pathogenesis and syndromes also have a profound influence on modern clinical medicine.
