摘 要:目的:该实验探索建立离子迁移谱技术鉴别党参及其易混伪品银柴胡、夜关门的方法。方法:使用新型电喷雾离子迁移谱技术,分别测试党参、银柴胡、夜关门的甲醇提取液,并结合相关系数、夹角余弦方法,分析党参与银柴胡、夜关门间的相似程度。结果:负离子模式下,党参与银柴胡、夜关门溶液的离子迁移谱图具有明显差异,相关系数值分别为0.641和0.711,夹角余弦值分别为0.901和0.914,小于党参与其均值的相关系数值0.988,夹角余弦值0.996。结论:该法可用于党参及银柴胡、夜关门鉴别,方法操作简便。Objective: This work is aimed to establish a method for identification of Radix Codonopsis and its adulterants of Radix Stellariae and Lespedeza cuneata G. Don based on ion mobility spectrometry( IMS). Methods: The novel electrospray ion mobility spectrometry( ESI-IMS) was applied to detect the methanol extractions of Radix Codonopsis,Radix Stellariae and Lespedeza cuneata G. Don,respectively. The similarities between Radix Codonopsis and Radix Stellariae,as well as Radix Codonopsis and Lespedeza cuneata G. Don were analyzed by using correlation coefficient and angle cosine,respectively. Results: The results showed that some significant differences can be found in the IMS spectra of Radix Codonopsis,Radix Stellariae and Lespedeza cuneata G.Don under the negative ion mode. Meanwhile,the correlation coefficient between Radix Codonopsis and Radix Stellariae,as well as Radix Codonopsis and Lespedeza cuneata G. Don was 0. 641 and 0. 711,respectively. The angle cosine between Radix Codonopsis and Radix Stellariae,as well as Radix Codonopsis and Lespedeza cuneata G. Don was 0. 901 and 0. 914,respectively. 0. 641 and0. 711 were less than the correlation coeffocoent mean value( 0. 988) between the different batches of Radix Codonopsis and their mean value. 0. 901 and 0. 914 were less than the angle cosine mean value( 0. 996) between the different batches of Radix Codonopsis and their mean value. Conclusion: This strategy is convenient and can be used for identification of Radix Codonopsis and its adulterants of Radix Stellariae and Lespedeza cuneata G. Don.
