摘　　要：幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染导致胃疾病的发生风险增加,包括消化性溃疡和胃癌等疾病。CD14分子的遗传多态性可能影响Hp的持续感染。年龄、吸烟等因素是影响幽门螺杆菌感染相关胃癌发生的重要影响因素。文章结合国内外相关文献,系统阐述CD14基因及其多态性和环境因素对胃癌的作用和影响。Helicobacter pylori（ Hp） infection leads to increasing risk of gastric disorders,including peptic ulcer and gastric cancer and other diseases. Genetic polymorphism of CD14 molecule may affect Hp＇ s persistent infection. Age,smoking and other factors are important factors associated with Helicobacter pylori infection of gastric cancer. In this paper,combinedd with relevant literature,it systematically expounded CD14 gene polymorphisms and environmental factors on the role and impact of gastric cancer.
