摘　　要：基于咸宁职业技术学院生物制药技术专业"楚天技能名师"教学岗位建设与管理的实践调查,探析了高职"楚天技能名师"教学岗位建设与管理的现状;分析了教学岗位效应,剖析了教学岗位建设与管理过程中存在的主要问题和原因,并提出了相应的措施,以期为更好地完善高职"楚天技能名师"教学岗位的建设与管理提供参考。According to the survey conducted in higher vocational colleges,The authon analyze the current situation of constructing teaching post construction and management of ＂Chutian Skillful Teacher＂in vocational colleges.On the other hand,it also probes unto the effects of＂Chutian skillful teachers＂and dissects the main problems related to the post establishment,which is based on the practice in major of bio-pharmaceuticals technology of Xianning vocational technical college.Finally,the authors put forward some countermeasures to improve the efficiency and enhance the roles of＂Chutian skillful teachers＂posts.
