摘 要:针对如何准确测度企业精益转型状态的问题,提出一种基于熵权法和模糊贴进度的精益转型阶段判定方法。首先,从转型的基础能力、过程动力和转型结果三个维度提取精益转型阶段的特征指标和描述特征指标的要素指标,并描述特征指标在各阶段的特征模式。其次,应用熵权法计算特征指标得分,并应用模糊贴进度的方法确定精益转型阶段。最后,以中国核工业集团公司下属某公司为例进行精益转型阶段判定,以验证方法的有效性。该模型从企业精益转型过程的特征出发,构建了企业维度的精益转型测度方法,对于制造业之外的其他产业部门也具有适用性。In order to accurately measure the state of lean transformation, an assessment model, combining entropy weight method with fuzzy approach degree, was proposed for determining lean transformation stage. Firstly, based on the three dimensions (basic capacity, process power and transformation results)of the transformation,the characteristic metrics of lean transformation stage and enabling metrics were identified, which was followed by the description of its patterns in different stage. Secondly, entropy weight method was applied to calculate the characteristic index score and fuzzy nearness degree was applied to determine the stage of lean transformation. Finally, a subsidiary of China National Nuclear Corporation was put up to examine the validity of the method. Based on the characteristics of lean transformation process, this assessment model can measure the lean transformation stage of manufacturing firm from enterprises level, and it is also applicable to other industrial sectors.
