摘　　要："文艺学批评",与"文艺批评"不是同一概念,更非同一回事。作为实践,"文艺学批评"是一种以文艺学为批评对象的科学活动;而作为理论,"文艺学批评"则是对文艺学批评实践活动的科学研究。就性质而言,"文艺学批评"是学术性的批评;就主体而言,"文艺学批评"是专业工作者的批评;就任务而言,"文艺学批评"要探索"文艺学"的特性和规律,揭示文艺学建设过程中存在的种种问题,以此来促进文艺学的健康发展。由于文艺学批评是一种学术上的事实判断和价值判断,并且还常常是一种学术上的"较量",应该特别地突出"实证"与"逻辑"的地位。由于还未有文献探讨"文艺学批评"的理论构建问题,这里的论述是尝试性的。Criticism of the study of literature and arts is not the same thing as literary and art criticism nor is it of the same concept. As a practice, it is a scientific activity in the study of literature and arts as an object for criticism and, as a theory, it is a scientific research into the critical practice activities in the study of literature and arts. In terms of its nature, it is academic criticism and, in regard to subjectivity, it is a criticism that involves criticism by the professionals. As for its tasks, it is meant to explore the characteristics and rules of the study of literature and arts and reveal a variety of issues in its construction in furthering a healthy development of the study. As criticism of the study of literature and arts is an academic factual judgment and value judgment, it often is an academic contest, which is why the position of empiricism and logics should be made particularly prominent. As there is no literature on the theoretical construction of criticism of the study of literature and arts, the discussion here is only a tentative one.
