低分子量有机酸含量测定方法探讨

摘　　要：目的:用色谱法构建一种简洁、快速、准确度高的检测低分子量有机酸的方法。方法:气相色谱法和离子色谱法同时测定甲酸、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸和乳酸。结果:由于甲酸和乳酸的沸点问题,用气相色谱法不能同时测定,而离子色谱法前处理简单,操作方便,可以同时测定。结论:离子色谱法是同时测定低分子量有机酸含量的有效方法。Objective：To construct a simple,rapid and accurate methods,detection of low molecular weight organic acids with chromatography.Methods：Gas chromatography and ion chromatography method for simultaneous determination formic acid,acetic acid,propionic acid,butyric acid and lactic acid.Conclusion：Due to formic acid and lactic acid boiling problem,using gas chromatography can not be measured,and ion chromatography pre-treatment is simple,operate easily, the determination of organic acids in an effective manner.
