工科类高水平行业特色型大学“双一流”建设路径研究

摘　　要：高等教育遵循学术逻辑和社会逻辑的统一。不同国家和不同类型的大学中,两种逻辑各有所侧重。工科类高水平行业特色型大学是适应国家战略和行业发展需求、主要遵循社会逻辑的一类高校。基于标杆管理法的实证研究发现,若干所工科类高水平行业特色型大学初步具备了跻身世界一流大学行列的实力,但存在学科结构单一的缺陷。坚持社会逻辑和学术逻辑结合的办学取向,体现知识创造和服务国家的有机统一,工科类高水平行业特色型大学建设世界一流大学的可行路径有:加固"冰山之基",缔造学科巅峰;强化有组织的科研行为,激活知识生产"动力源";推动教育目标重识与流程再造,培养面向产业技术和专业学术的行业精英人才;增强知识溢出能力,服务产业转型升级。Higher education abides by the unification of academic logic and the social logic.For different type of universities in different countries,these two kinds of logic get different emphasis.Engineering high-level university with clear-cut industrial characteristics is a kind of higher education,which adapts to national strategy and industrial development demands,and follows social logic.Empirical research based on benchmarking management indicates that some engineering high-level universities with clear-cut industrial characteristics primarily have turned out to be globally competitive,but the defects lie in the single disciplinary structure.To build world-class universities,engineering high-level universities with clear-cut industrial characteristics have some approaches,including consolidating the academic foundation;strengthening organizational research activities and activating the engine of knowledge production;furthering the reengineering of aims and process of higher education,training industrial talents oriented to industrial technology and professional academy;expanding the boundaries of knowledge and stimulating industry transformation and upgrading.This embodies the value of the unification of academic logic and the social logic,and the organic unity of knowledge creation and serving the whole country.
