摘　　要：采用问卷调查的方式对兰州大学第一临床医学院在校生的创业认识、创业需求、创业教育现状进行抽样调查。根据调查结果分析,笔者在创业理念、人才培养、教育改革、平台建设等方面提出相关建议及措施,促进我国创业人才质量进一步提升。A questionnaire survey was conducted among the students in the first clinical medical college of Lanzhou University to investigate entrepreneurship awareness, entrepreneurship needs and enterprise education. According to the investigation result analysis, the author puts forward some suggestions to improve the consciousness and ability of medical students from the following four aspects： leading entrepreneurial ideas, precision personnel training, reforming entrepreneurship education and structuring starting an undertaking platform.
