2014—2016年湖南省“国家严重精神障碍信息系统”中在管重性精神障碍患者的自杀死亡分析

摘　　要：目的对2014—2016年湖南省在管重性精神障碍患者的自杀死亡行为进行统计与分析,以期为今后的自杀预防及安全管控提供科学依据。方法将2014—2016年间湖南"国家严重精神障碍信息系统"中所有自杀死亡个案的性别、发病年龄、死亡原因等相关信息导出,利用Excel 2016进行数据整理,并使用SPSS 23.0软件进行数据的处理与分析。结果在湖南省2014—2016年系统录入的死亡患者中,自杀患者为401人,占所有死亡患者的3.33%,自杀死亡年龄最小者为18岁,年龄最大者为87岁,平均寿命为(44.17±14.72)岁,其中男性220人(54.86%),女性181人(45.14%);重性精神障碍自杀死亡患者多为精神分裂患者,其中以汉族(91.52%)、小学及初中文化程度(69.83%)、已婚(55.61%)、农民(77.56%)、经济水平在当地贫困标准之下(68.08%)为主。结论湖南省在管重性精神障碍患者中,农村人群、文化程度较低者、农村已婚育龄妇女、经济水平较低者是开展自杀干预的重点人群。应对罹患重性精神障碍的自杀高危人群采取有效的预防与管控措施,以降低其自杀风险。Objective To analyze the suicide behavior in patients with severe mental disorders in Hunan Province from 2014 to 2016,in order to provide reference for making policy and delivering ser^^ices. Methods Information w,as collected including gender,the onset age,the cause of death obtained from the “National Information System for Psychosis” from 2014 to 2016. Excel 2016 and SPSS 23. 0 software were used for data processing and analysis. Results By the end of 2016, there were 401 suicide patients with psychosis registered in Hunan Province,including 220 males （ 54. 86% ） and 181 females（45. 14% ）,accounting for 3. 33% of all deaths. The minimum age of suicide patients was 18 years old, and the oldest was 87 years old, the average life expectancy was （44. 17 ±14. 72） years. The main disease type was schizophrenia. Suicide patients mainly included the following characteristics ： Han nationality（91. 52%）,education level was under the primary school（69. 83%）, married（55. 6 1 % ）, fanners（77. 5 6 % ） , and economic level below the local poverty standard（68. 08%）. Conclusion The main characteristics of patients with severe mental disorders which need to prevent of suicide in Hunan Province including： rural population, lower education, rural married women, lower economic level. Effective measures should be established to reduce the risk of suicide.
