摘　　要：神经痛性肌萎缩(NA)是临床上的一种少见病,由于发病率低、临床症状和体征不典型、临床医师认识不足,导致常被误诊为肩周炎等其他神经系统损伤疾病,造成误诊漏诊,延误病情,影响患者的治疗效果和预后。本文报道了一例被多次误诊的神经痛性肌萎缩患者的临床诊治经过,并进行相关文献复习,以提高临床医师对该病临床症状和体征的认识,减少临床误诊。Neuralgic amyotrophy（ NA） is a rare disease. Due to low incidence,atypical clinical symptoms and signs and insufficient knowledge about NA in clinicians,it is often misdiagnosed as shoulder periarthritis or other traumatic diseases of the nervous system,or missed diagnosis,which results in missing timely treatment,and subsequently influencing the treatment effect and prognosis. We reported our clinical diagnosis and treatment of a case of NA who had been misdiagnosed repeatedly previously,and the review of related literature,in order to improve the clinicians＇ knowledge about the clinical symptoms and signs of NA,by which the probabilities of misdiagnosis of this disease can be reduced.
