摘 要:采用试管分项提取和层析预试法对野生红豆杉进行了植物化学成分预试,同时采用凯氏定氮法对红豆杉茎、叶、皮的蛋白质含量进行了测定。结果表明,野生红豆杉含有蛋白质、还原糖、多糖和甙、皂甙、挥发油、酚类化合物和鞣质、黄酮、甾体、三萜、内酯、香豆素、强心甙、有机酸、蒽醌类和生物碱,不含氰甙、油脂;其蛋白质含量由高到低依次为茎、叶、皮。The preliminary phytochemical composition of Taxus chinensis Cheng et L.K. Fu was tested by subentry extracting trial in cuvette and round paper chromatographic trial. The protein content of stem,bark, leaves of T. yunnanensis were tested by Kjeldahl nitrogen determination. The results showed that T. chinensis mainly contained proteins, reducing sugar, polysaccharide, glycoside, saponins, volatile oils, phenolic substances, tannins, flavones, sterides, triterpenoid, lactone, coumarin, cardiac glycosides, organic acids, anthraquinones and alkaloids, but did not contain cyanogenic glycosides and lipins. As for protein content,which in stem was the highest,then in leaf, and the least in bark.
