摘 要:分析台湾幼儿体育指导员职业培训机制的特色,为中国大陆幼儿体育师资的发展提供借鉴。运用文献资料法等研究台湾幼儿体育指导员职业培训机制在入学结业、课程设置及运营管理等方面的优势。结果认为:该机制建立与成熟,在增强幼儿体质的同时,更推动了台湾幼儿师资配备的合理与幼儿体育服务产业的崛起。因此中国大陆应建立"专业培养+职业培训"的幼儿体育师资培养模式,引进独立的运营监管体系,促进幼儿体育教育的全面发展。This thesis analyzes the characteristics of the vocational training institution of preschool physical instructors in Taiwan, which provides reference for the development of preschool sports instructors in China's Mainland. The paper studies the advantages of the vocational training institution of preschool sports instructors in Taiwan through documentary method, such as enrollment, graduation, curriculum and operation management. The results show that the establishment and development of the institution improves the health condition of preschool children as well as promotes the rationality of the preschool teaching stuff and the rise of preschool sports service industry. Therefore, China's Mainland should set up a training mode of"Professional Training + Vocational Training"for preschool physical instructors, introduce an independent operation supervision system, and promote the all-round development for preschool physical education.
