摘  要:目的比较改良的3M胶带电极固定法与火棉胶电极固定法的效果,探讨更佳长程脑电监测技术.方法将151例长程视频脑电图监测患者随机分为实验组(改良3M胶带固定)和对照组(火棉胶固定).通过观察安装电极所用时间、拆卸电极所用时间、电极脱落、移位等电极固定不良情况,比较这2种电极固定方法的临床效果.结果实验组安装、拆卸电极的平均时间(39.5 min、4.94 min)均短于对照组(50.6 min、5.50 min),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论改良3M胶带固定法省时、安全、有效、无刺激性,能更好地在临床中应用.Objective To compare the effect of modified 3 M durapore silk tape technology and collodion-acetone technology in electrodes fixation and explore a better technology in long-term EEG monitoring.Methods 125 patients accepted long-term EEG monitoring were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group(modified 3 M durapore silk tape technology) and the control group(collodion-acetone technology).The time of fixation and removal of electrodes and the rate of poor fixation of electrodes were observed in both groups to compare the clinical effect of these two kinds of electrodes fixation technology.Results The average time of fixation and removal of electrodes in experimental group was shorter than that in the control group.The differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusions Modified 3 M durapore silk tape technology has the advantages of time saving,safty,high efficiency and no irritating smell.It can be better applied in clinical work.
